The Delivery Study

The purpose of the study is exploring a potential new treatment for heart failure.

The study is exploring an investigational treatment which contains mRNA that carries instructions for a particular protein, being considered to possibly treat heart failure in the future. The study is aiming to understand how the study drug is absorbed, distributed, metabolized, and excreted in the body when administered subcutaneously (an injection under the skin) in healthy participants.

The trial has been approved by an independent ethics committee and eligible participants will be reimbursed for their time.

Weight 50-100kg
Medication Not taking any medication
Medical History No significant medical history
Smoking History Non-smokers or smoking no more than 5 cigarettes per day
