The study drug is a potential new treatment for advanced solid tumours that have specific gene mutations. These mutations can make the cancer more aggressive and harder to treat. It is hoped that this treatment is more effective than current available treatments.

The study drug is administered via oral tablet.

This is a food effect study. The purpose is to observe how the body absorbs the drug after an overnight fast versus after a high-fat breakfast of toast, eggs, bacon, hash browns, and a glass of whole milk (vegetarian options are also available).

Food effect studies help to determine whether a medication is most effective when taken before, during, or after a meal.
