Tuberous Sclerosis Complex is a genetic disorder characterized by the growth of noncancerous tumours throughout the body. These benign tumours lead to significant health problems like triggering epileptic seizures.

This healthy volunteer study hopes to explore a medication with improved & fewer side-effects caused by currently available treatments.

The trial has been approved by an independent ethics committee and eligible participants will be reimbursed for their time.

Biological Sex Female
Age 18-65 years old
BMI 18 - 32kg/m²
Weight Weigh a minimum of >45kg
Medical History No significant medical history
Medication Not taking any prescription medication
Smoking History Non-smokers or smoking less than 10 cigarettes/week
Contraception Guide Hormonal contraception is NOT permitted if being used for contraception
