Weight Weigh more than 45kg
BMI 18 - 32 kg/m²
Medication Not taking any prescription medication (hormonal contraception is permitted)
Medical History No significant medical history
Smoking History Non-smokers or smokers up to 5 per day and willing to abstain for duration of study
