Study Objective:

  • The study drug is a new potential treatment for a variety of diseases caused by the immune system malfunctioning. Known as autoimmune and/or autoinflammatory diseases. These conditions often cause a variety of adverse symptoms and conditions like rheumatoid arthritis and recurrent pericarditis.

Biological Sex Male or Female
Age 18 – 55 years old
BMI 18 - 32 kg/m²
Weight ≥ 50 and ≤ 120 kg
Medical History No significant medical history
Medications Not taking any prescription medication (except for hormonal contraception)
Smoking History Non-smokers OR smoking less than 10 cigarettes/day
