Gout Treatment Study
Purpose: to evaluate the safety and tolerability of a potential new drug for the purpose of treating chronic gout

Participate in a clinical study of advanced stages of uric acid build up.
This study has 1 screening appointment and 8 nights/ 9 days inpatient stay.
Reimbursement for study participation will be provided for time and travel of up to $4,950.
We are looking at how this investigational medication is processed in people with renal impairment compared to those with normal renal function.
This study has been reviewed by an Institutional Review Board.

Eligibility
Participants: People with various degrees of renal impairment
Age: 18-80
BMI: 18-40kg/m2
Medications: Must be stable on medications for 14 days before receiving study medication. Small adjustments on doses may be permitted but will need approval.
Smoking: Non-smoker or light smoker allowed
Compensation: Up to $4,950
