Purpose: to evaluate the safety and tolerability of a potential new drug for the purpose of treating vaginal infections

Participate in a clinical study of a potential treatment for bacterial vaginosis.
This study has 1 screening appointment, 2 night / 3-day inpatient stay, 1 follow up phone call and 1 follow up outpatient visit.
Reimbursement for study participation could be provided for time and travel of up to $1,753.

Eligibility
Participants: Women healthy or have stable medical conditions
Age: 18-65
BMI: 18-40 kg/m2
Medications: Stable medications will be reviewed on case-by-case basis
Contraception: Must be willing to follow contraception requirements for the study
Smoking Status: Non-smoker or light smoker
Compensation: $1,753
Dose Administration: Self- administered vaginal insert
